A. This is where we shine and are different than most flag programs by going above and beyond the norm! We want you to enjoy and celebrate having a flag flying in your yard. Therefore the Flags are typically delivered a day or two before the holiday or football home game and picked up the day after the holiday/ football home game. If you order a flag after flags have been delivered, you will receive a flag on the next holiday/football home game.

A. We set up all flags at a preset distance from the curb to match other flags in your community. We generally space flags evenly across the frontage if you order more than one flag. The flag will sit 1-2 feet from the curbside. We do not place flags near the house or in backyards unless as part of a custom bulk order. When multiple neighbors get signed up, the consistent look from yard to yard really makes the neighborhood display come to life!
We only dig about 12 inches deep so our sleeves are safely above the margin of safety for compliant utilities and other facilities in line digging safety guidelines. It is your responsibility to advise us on placement necessary to avoid any unusual, shallow curbside sprinkler, plumbing, or electrical hazard of which you may be aware. Of course, our installers will be on the lookout for above-ground evidence of sprinklers, etc.

A. We will place a small plastic sleeve in your yard that will sit below ground level and is safe for lawn mowers and other yard equipment. We mark those areas with a small mark on the curb in front of the sleeve. In certain areas, we may install temporary rebar while the flag is flying.

A. We certainly hope this won’t happen, but if it does, of course we will fix it right away.

A. Yes, we do offer our flags with a light source for nighttime. We use a solar powered spotlight for the flags.

A. No, the Flags are the property of the Yard Flaggers. The benefit of membership is that you do not have to store, maintain, or remember to put the Flag up on the holidays and/or college football home games. We take care of everything. Think of the pole and Flag as ‘rentals’ during the days on display at your home or business.

A. Click the “Report a Problem” link to report any issues with your flag, and we will address them ASAP.
